I have been honored and privileged to serve as the City of Compton 4th District Council Member since July 2021. Throughout my tenure, I have been committed to representing the residents, businesses, and stakeholders with integrity and dedication.

 I hold a degree in Public Administration from Cal State Dominguez and bring 26 years of Municipal experience, including leadership roles as the General Manager of the Water Department and positions within the City Manager’s Office, Housing, Fire, Public Works, and Planning Departments.

My diverse background as a public servant and local business entrepreneur equips me to address our community’s needs effectively.

I am committed to the safety and welfare of the Compton community, leveraging my expertise in municipal operations, budget management, and navigating federal and state legislation. I have spearheaded numerous community initiatives, including repairing and reopening the Artesia Bridge, installing Lot Cop Camera Systems to reduce crime and illegal dumping, organizing clean-up events, business roundtables, community engagement meetings, sports programs, and more.

My priorities remain focused on enhancing public health, improving infrastructure, maintaining clean and safe streets, fostering transparency in City Government, creating programs, generating job opportunities, supporting unhoused individuals, and providing social activities that benefit every citizen of Compton.
